As the Chairman and Co-owner of Prospere Companies, Jessica Fialkovich spearheads a private investment firm specializing in acquiring, owning, and operating multifaceted locations within the M&A realm.
In her role as President and Founder of Exit Factor, Jessica leads brand development and management of franchise operations. She oversees all franchise locations throughout the United States along with Prospere partners, United Franchise Group.
Jessica has overseen 900+ business sales, advised hundreds of companies on exit and acquisition strategy, and written a #1 best selling book on the topic – Getting the Most for Selling Your Business. She is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), sought-after speaker and co-hosts of two industry leading podcasts – The Deal Board and How I Sold.
Jessica's dedication to entrepreneurship sparked immediately after college when she and her husband and business partner, Al, purchased their first business in the wine industry. During the sale of that business, Jessica saw an incredible opportunity to streamline the ideal exit strategy building a firm solely dedicated to education in business exit planning. Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica is a dynamic force in the entrepreneurial community including almost a decade of membership and leadership in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
Jessica's joy extends to outdoor recreation near the water and in the mountains, traveling with her husband Al, son Brix, and twin dogs Maverick and Scout. When she’s not traveling you can often find her at a Bruce Springsteen show.
