Meet Jessica and Al Fialkovich, the visionary founders behind Prospere Companies. With a wealth of expertise in founding, building, and successfully selling businesses, their journey has positioned them as leading figures in the business world.

Jessica has more than a decade of experience in exit strategy, business growth consulting, and mergers and acquisitions, having overseen more than 1,500 exits and worked with thousands of business owners.
She is the Founder of Exit Factor, a national franchise backed by United Franchise Group, mentoring franchise owners across more than 70 territories. Throughout her career, she has been a founding partner in seven companies, completed 22 personal mergers and acquisitions, and built several successful ventures, including Transworld Prospere, where she and her team are the number one franchise within the Transworld Business Advisor network.
She now manages her portfolio through her family office, Prospere Companies. Jessica is a CEPA and CBI, a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Masters Program through MIT and Entrepreneurs' Organization, and is passionate about helping business owners with companies under $25 million in value build profitable, sellable businesses.
Originally from New Jersey, she now lives in Dallas with her husband Al, their son, and their two dogs.

Al Fialkovich is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and mergers and acquisitions expert who has facilitated thousands of business transactions.
As the CEO of Prospere Companies, he oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Transworld Prospere, Transworld Mergers and Acquisitions, Transworld Commercial Real Estate, Exit Factor Prospere, and the Prospere Family Office, providing comprehensive support to business owners at every stage of growth, acquisition, and exit.
Al and his wife Jessica began their journey by buying and selling their first company right out of college, which inspired them to create a more strategic path for entrepreneurs navigating ownership transitions. Their ventures include Transworld Prospere, the number one franchise within the Transworld Business Advisor network.
Al is a CM&AA and CBI, an active member of the IBBA and the AMAA, and is recognized for his expertise in deal structuring, valuation, and strategic growth.
He lives in Dallas with Jessica, their son Brix, and their two dogs.
